Vibrating Pellet screening machine AVS-200D

We recently delivered five vibrating screens to our customers for de-dusting pellets and screening unwanted material. The model AVS-200-D screening machines, each with a capacity of 80 t/h, can process over 600 m³ of pellets in one hour when operated together. The vibrating screens are used to load pellets in trucks, trains, or ships, for example.

Screening machine Type-1200 delivered to screen wood chips and sawdust

Before the year comes to a close, our last screening machines of the year will be on their way to their destination.

You can see our model ASM-1200 screening machine, for example, in the following video. This machine will be used to screen wood chips and sawdust in a large sawmill in Germany. On a screening area of 12 m², which is divided into 4 fractions, it can screen 200 m³ of wood chips per hour.

Screening machine for lignin delivered to Russia

The screening machine delivered in spring to screen lignin is almost ready to operate in Russia. This machine processes hydrolytic lignin from the stockpile to produce pellets for use in industry. Our partner Alligno supplies all the technology necessary, from lignin mining equipment to equipment for loading the finished pellets.

This week we’ll be delivering our best-selling oscillating screen for the 111th time. “The ASM-300 model is our top seller,” says CEO Robert Amann with delight referring to the “magical number of sales.” No wonder, since thanks to its cutting edge oscillation technology, the versatile machine can be used to sort a host of different materials. Machines nos.111 and 112 will be put to use in a factory that produces wood pellets.

Screening machine ready for shipment to Brazil

We have sent our screening equipment from our plant in Southern Germany to Rio de Janeiro just before football fever is set to grip Brazil.

The Type ASM-1000 oscillating screen was sent from our production facility in Grünkraut, Upper Swabia to the Port of Hamburg by means of special transport where it then set sail towards South America.
