Vibration screening machines
S&F vibration screening machines (vibro screen machines) are used for protective screening, monitoring screening or grading screening for free flowing, dry bulk solid materials in production and in laboratories.
Technical description:
The material is fed to the screening machine charging hopper evenly with the aid of a dosing unit, conveyor belt or similar. In the charge area the bulk solid material to be screened is spread out horizontally and fed to the screening area. Thanks to the two vibro motors, which ensure synchronised operation, the material orientates itself horizontally and is constantly dosed. This ensures even conveying of the material. During the course of the process the material is constantly in motion and flows in the direction of discharge.
Where the material to be screened is smaller than the apertures in the screening element, it drops through and, if required, goes on to the next screening stage. This procedure repeats itself until the material is completely screened. The screened material is then discharged through the appropriate discharge openings.
Benefits:
- Rapid screen change
- Easy and thorough cleaning possible
- Low noise level
- Easy erection
- Compact design
- Continuous operation
- Very low maintenance, as there are no lubrication points
- Attractive price/performance ratio
Applications:
The S&F vibration screening machines are used in all areas of the chemical, pharmaceutical, food and plastic and similar industries.
Materials to be screened:
S&F vibration screening machines (vibro screening machines) are suitable for screening bulk solid materials such as sand and gravel.
