Oscillation screening machines

The S&F oscillation screening machine type ASS was specially developed for separating and sorting bulk solid materials. Thanks to the large, circular and vibration-free horizontal oscillating movement, the best screening results can be achieved. Our long years of experience in the screening machine manufacturing sector means we attain a long, low maintenance life-span, which is also a result of the robust construction of the machines. Screening machines in the “ASS” series offer screen sizes from 0.5 to 24 square metres.

Technical description:
Screening machine-ass-300-4: material is fed to the screening machine charging hopper evenly with the aid of a dosing unit, conveyor belt or similar. In the charge area the bulk solid material to be screened is spread out horizontally and fed to the screening area. The rapid and circular oscillating movement means that the material is constantly in motion and flows horizontally over the screening area in the direction of discharge.

The circular screen movement causes the material to distribute itself horizontally over the area which means that long thin pieces standing upright or drop through is almost completely excluded. The material to be screened, which is smaller than the opening in the screen element, drops through. From there it continues, if necessary to the next screening stage. This procedure is repeated until the material has been completely screened. The screened material is then discharged through the appropriate discharges openings.
