S&F dosing units ensure a constant material feed – for example to a screening machine. This produces the best possible screening result. S&F dosing systems are also suitable for all bulk solid materials.
Technical description:
The S&F Vibro Bunker and Dosing Bunker series was developed for the dosing of bulk solid materials. The material is, for example loaded into the Dosing Bunker with the aid of a shovel loader. The material orientates itself horizontally and is constantly dosed because of both the vibro motors which ensure synchronised running. The screening machine next in line or the conveyor next in line is thus constantly charged. Thus a buffer function is created for subsequent conveying systems.
Benefits:
- By using a dosing unit, relatively small screening batches can be loaded using a shovel loader or similar
- The material flow is not interrupted in subsequent process/chains processing (if the loading is indexed/not constant: shovel loader, delivery by truck, etc.).
- Very high service life
- Very low maintenance (as there are no lubrication points)
- Easy and quick erection/installation
- Material cannot clog or jam, as there or no traps/bottle necks in the storage hopper
Characteristics:
- Stepless setting of flow rate using an optional frequency converter
- Drive through electro vibrators (unbalance motors), therefore
- Suitable for almost all materials
- Volumes from 3 – 20 cubic metres
- Also available as mobile version (for example) hooklift etc.
